We are the company behind Sayl Cloud, a customer relation platform with integrated commerce and loyalty capabilities. The platform is used by more than 350 businesses today, ranging from known A-brands, large hospitality chains, to high traffic locations to small retailers across Europe.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who has a customer-focused approach to growth and thrives in detail, organization, and analysis.

What you’ll do
- Own planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (paid advertising, SEM/SEO, email, content syndication, social media, strategic partnerships) that achieve marketing and business goals.
- Create marketing assets and landing pages (in partnership with design and development); including copy, visuals, and layouts to maximize conversion.
- Analyze campaign data at each stage of the marketing funnel and identify opportunities for growth. Partner with business stakeholders to continuously optimize and improve performance.
- Identify new marketing or partnership channels that are scalable for customer acquisition.
- Test, learn and evolve campaign execution processes, establish best practices and write playbooks to maximize impact and scale our efforts.
- Run webinars with our clients for the Sayl solution
- Stay up to speed on the latest digital trends, algorithm updates and UX best practices.
Qualifications
- +2 years of digital or growth marketing experience in fast-paced organizations.
- A “T-shaped marketer” with deep knowledge in 2-3 acquisition channels. (I.e. SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, Retargeting etc)
- Multi-lingual: English is a minimum, but be fluent in French or Dutch is also needed. Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus.
- Feeling for graphic design is a ++, feeling for languages is a +
- Experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Facebook Ads Manager, and their analytics dashboards is a +
- Understanding of sales development/lead generation techniques, marketing-sales funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Being able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Always have a point of view and an open mind.
