Mobile Integration of SIPS for Atos Worldline
The Sips payment solution of Worldline has a history of over eighteen years within the group. The solution has over the years been refined. Now Worldline is taking the next step with the sips Direct Mode solution for mobile. The ergonomics to finally come to pay again facilitates a suit. Infinity Mobile was the first to integrate the solution for its clients Aper’eau.
The demand for this new solution came from Aper’eau, a company that organizes hip-togethers in several cities in Belgium. They wanted to make the payment process easier for their visitors. Filip Vandegehuchte, Senior Product Manager at Worldline: “By removing the payment page getaway creates a more intimate integration with many advantages. It makes for a much better customer experience and feel more professional. A deeper integration also ensures a lower abandon rate: people are less doubt because they have to go through fewer steps. That in turn means a better conversion, thus more sales. Since the Belgian market is mainly focused on Bancontact/Mister Cash is the Sips Direct Mode initially only compatible with Bancontact/Mister Cash. ”

Worldline and Infinity have sips Direct Mode in the app aper’eau tested. Tim Fransen: “We have done a pilot course together and are now proceeding to commercialization. The solution will be officially put into use during the medieval event of aper’eau in cardboard castle Katoennatie in Antwerp. “
